Sweden dispatched Finland easily on Sunday night, bringing the Swedish hockey powerhouse that much closer to the podium

Sweden took a bye into the quarterfinals on Sunday night with its convincing 3-0 defeat of perennial rival Finland at Canada Hockey Place. Sweden's perfect record to date brings it to the quarterfinals tomorrow against the winner of today's Slovak Republic-Norway game. Canada meets Germany today on its own road to the quarters. There will be one significant change: Canuck Roberto Luongo replaces Martin Brodeur as starting netminder. This is one game Team Canada has to win.
