It's all about the little ones as Pottery Barn and Hugo Boss launch lines for kids

POTTERY BARN KIDS opens its doors on South Granville on February 21 with face-painting, balloon artists, Clancy the mascot, and all the usual activities designed to entertain/terrify the little ones. Parents in the know go for the adorable Dr. Seuss bedding, cool art for kids’ spaces (we like the Sugarboo Art Letters), and themed birthday party sets. 2935 Granville St., Potterybarnkids.ca

HUGO BOSS launched a full kids collection this season, complete with wee-sized sultan trousers, pretty ornamented blouses, tees with batik patterns, and leather sandals. The colour palette features burnt orange, rust, khaki, and mustard yellow—stylish (no baby pinks or blues) and perfect for hiding grass stains. Oakridge Centre, 50 W. 41st Ave., 604-269-2677. in the march issue on page 33 you ran an article on Converse shoes. You list two stores as carrying the shoes you show. Neither store has these shoes nor do they believe they carried them. I was particularly interested in the Dark side of the moon oxfords. Any suggestions as to where they can be found?

Other than that great magazine.
