Blue Water Café: Unsung Heroes

If Frank Pabst were stranded on the Queen Charlotte Islands, he certainly wouldn’t starve. For the month of February, the award-winning Blue Water Café executive chef will be reaching deep into our Pacific waters for under-appreciated delicacies like sea urchin, periwinkles, and jellyfish. Now in its ninth year, his Unsung Heroes festival continues to draw in curious souls and turn out culinary converts. Ten per cent of festival proceeds will also be donated to the Ocean Wise sustainable seafood program.
