A North American debut includes two pieces commissioned by the CAG with galleries in France and Switzerland. The show’s title, Recycled Playground, speaks to an installation of trash cans pulled by a little train on a track through the exhibition space; like much of the irreverent Romanian’s work, dissatisfaction and the disappointment of utopias criticize structures of power and privilege.
