Vasse Felix Shiraz
Adams Road 2004 Australia $24.99
Fantastic value from the
ultra-fashionable region of Margaret River in
Western Australia. What we have here is kinder,
gentler Shiraz, understated enough to be classified
as ‘medium’ rather than ‘rich.’
This is all about balance and restraint, which
is where Aussie Shiraz is going next. Lovely spicy,
smoky, mineral complexity to boot.
