Last
year Hitosuji Junmai vintage sake completely bowled
over our judges. This year was a repeat performance.
Junmai is traditional artisan sake made from specially
milled pure rice. It is never heated, and should
be shown the same respect as the finest wine.
This is amazingly refined and complex, with spectacular,
long-lasting honeyed and nutty flavours.
