Famiglia Supper Series at La Pentola

On the last weekend of every month, the staff at La Pentola of Vancouver's Opus Hotel pushes the tables together for the restaurant's Famiglia Supper Series, where diners sit side by side to feast on gourmet Italian. This Sunday, Chef Lucais Syme has prepared a menu of 10 delicacies inspired by classic Roman cuisine, including artichoke (served two ways), house made spaghetti all'amatriciana (a tomato sauce made with cured pork cheek), and a main course of specially prepared gnocchi served with duck.

This seasonal grand feast includes braised beef short ribs and salmon Wellington, and make sure to leave room for dessert created by Forge's Welbert Choi.
