Chef Brad Lazarenko, formerly of Osoyoos’ Spirit Ridge Resort’s acclaimed resto Passa Tempo, brings us Bibo Wine Bar. Locals have declared this the best place in town for lunch, and it’s certainly the hippest spot around for vino-sipping—and cheese- and charcuterie-tasting from 3 p.m. Get your glow on at the long bar in this sexy, bedroom-lit, 50-seat room while you sip a glass of Merlot Cabernet from local boutique winery Orofino. Graze on truffled popcorn, $4, and the popular quinoa salad with chickpeas, feta, cranberries ,and apple cider vinaigrette, $11.
