A low-profile West Side neighbourhood restaurant that seldom gets the recognition it deserves. The food concept is West Coast regional with a focus on showcasing the best meats, seafoods, and produce from local suppliers and farmers. The interior is the picture of calm and grace, even when full. Local artists dress the walls, and service staff glide as if on skates. Small plates are designed to complement the 100-percent B.C. wine and beer list. Menu changes with what’s in season, but if available, aim for the richly flavoured, slow-braised Peace River bison ribs with blackberry-barbecue sauce and Chilliwack corn fritters. Anthem-worthy.
