A tidy bistro on main-street Sidney where veteran chef Lucien Frauenfelder keeps it old-school Swiss with kirsch-spiked cheese fondues, raclette cheese with gherkins, and hearty plates of brat-wurst, schnitzel, and roesti. Service is friendly and efficient, and the small but decent wine list—as well as Warsteiner on tap—makes us say cheese.
