Street sushi at last! Owner Kenneth Cho left his post as a sommelier/bartender at West and opened this minimalist grab-and-go at the transport nexus of Granville and Broadway. Rolls ($3 each) are unsliced and stuffed with a mix of brown and white rice—dribble soy sauce down the centre and munch on them burrito-style. The prawn-lemon-mayo, and yam-asparagus rolls make the perfect lunch to sneak onto the B-line (which handily stops out front).
