Pinkys is the steakhouse reinvented, an old-new balance of traditional scalloped potatoes ($7) and “wicked” mushrooms made with spicy pepper sauce ($7); of 16-ounce bone-in rib eyes ($34) and female-friendly seven-ounce sirloins ($18).
