A couple of years ago, Predator Ridge, Vernon’s world-class golf resort, underwent a million-dollar face-lift and added a new clubhouse restaurant. Range is an intimate space, specializing in Sterling Silver AAA beef, cooked to perfection. Big meat eaters will swoon over the 14-ounce rib-eye, $38. The sides are also generously portioned—try the lobster risotto, $8.
