Cheery service and a gallery of rotating local artwork make a potent potable called The Whip—two parts urban loft, one part English public house. Great local microbrews on tap, a small but carefully chosen wine list, and sangrias named after the four cardinal virtues (is it wrong to order a second jug of Prudence?) make this a great spot to quench your thirst. The watering hole has kicked it up a notch, offering a menu as eclectic as their growing clientele. Weekends boast booming brunch business, and Cask Ale Sundays draw a crowd.
