Best Service: West

This new category is based on total overall service in a restaurant, including food, cocktails and wine and emphasizing a collaborative, seamless approach to the table. This is differentiated from our Premier Crew Award, which recognizes stellar individual service from restaurants across the province, and further describes the kind of friendly but informed professionalism that our province has become known for. Add to that pace and choreography, and it is these restaurants that lead their peers: West (Gold), under Brian Hopkins, Lumière (Silver), under Sebastien Le Goff, Bishop’s (Bronze), under John Bishop. C Restaurant, under Martin Repicky and Blue Water Cafe, under Stephane Cachard, both received Honourable Mentions.
