Andrew and Jonah Benton have improved on Forster’s excellent establishment. They focus on small-scale, artisanal cheeses from Canada, France, Spain, and other areas well-practiced in the art of cheesemaking. What’s more, the brothers stock an array of charcuterie, terrines, and pâtés of all sorts. They’ll cater, too.
