Crash the party!
This year for the first time, the Vancouver Home & Design Show summer media preview soirée will be open to the public. Not only have organizers extended an invitation to all home and design enthusiasts, the event has also been transformed into a full-blown "Summer Getaway" party. This Thursday, July 19th from 6pm to 8pm at North Van's Park Royal Mall, stop in for summer jams with DJ Chelsea J, an unique exhibit by celebrity stylist Janette Ewen, a "live-mannequin" fashion show as well as sweet treats and a tasting lounge sponsored by Spicebox Whisky, Fentimans and Cupcake Wines.
The party also launches the Vancouver Home & Design show ticket sales (October 11-14 at BC Place), which will be available to attendees for only $10 (a $5 savings). - Jennifer Giesbrecht
