Pasture to Plate Butcher Shop

Jasmin and Felix Schellenberg began raising cattle on their Rafter 25 Ranch in Redstone, B.C., 32 years ago. With the help of their four daughters, they expanded their Chilcotin Valley business into a multifaceted and biodynamic operation, and have now opened a retail storefront on the Drive to narrow the distance—as their name suggests—from pasture to plate. Lorne McMillan, who heads up the knowledgeable crew at the shop, will happily guide you through their selection of grass-fed, free-range meats.
