Bollywood fans from across the globe have cast their votes. Now, India's biggest films, directors, musicians, and stars are descending on Vancouver for the Times of India Film Awards. The festivities open with-what else-a musical extravaganza at Pacific Coliseum on April 4, and conclude with a massive April 6 awards ceremony at BC Place.
