Ancora Waterfront Dining and Patio are preparing a special three-course menu this Thanksgiving. Chef Ricardo Valverde’s menu will feature a roasted yam and coconut soup, turkey roulade and carrot cake.

Nightingale Hosts Multi-Course Guest Chef Collaboration in Support of Hawksworth Young Chef Scholarship Foundation

For just one night, Chef Phil Scarfone (Nightingale’s head chef and Top Chef Canada finalist), Chef Renée Lavallée (chef and owner of The Canteen and Little C of Dartmouth) and Chef David Hawksworth (founder and owner of the Hawksworth Restaurant Group) are combining forces to create a multi-course dining experience. Proceeds will go towards supporting Hawksworth Young Chef Scholarship Foundation—a non-profit culinary foundation that provides a platform and mentorship to young Canadian chefs.

Bawktobeerfest: An Oktoberfest Celebration at Juke Fried Chicken

Juke Fried Chicken is collaborating with Strange Fellows Brewing to create a one of a kind Octoberfest celebration. Get ready to devour Juke’s schnitzel ‘double down’ sandwiches, Juke-brats sausages and a frosty pint of the Jukefest Lager on October 1.

Vegan Harvest Dinner at Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar

This October, Boulevard Kitchen and Oyster Bar is set to host a vegan harvest dinner. The night will begin with a sparkling-wine-and-canapé reception and will be followed by a five-course vegan dinner from Vancouver Magazine’s 2018 Chef of the Year, Alex Chen.
