Celebrate what might be the only sunny week for the next six months at the Pacific Institute of Culinary Art’s Beer Meets Grill Dinner, a collaboration with Deep Cove Brewers and Distillers. The seven-course barbecue-focused dinner features dishes like smoked rosemary potatoes, grilled little fish and beer floats (that’s a daring drink made with salted caramel ice cream, chocolate coconut porter, double chocolate chip cookies, rosemary, and sea salt). It’s barbecue season all over again; no apron required.
