Take a taste tour of Amabuki at Yuwa Japanese Cuisine's Secret Garden Sake Dinner. The dinner showcases a variety of sake from Amabuki, a 300-year-old sake brewery located in the Saga Prefecture of Japan. Amabuki makes sake only from yeast cultivated from flowers. And flowers are plants, so it's basically a salad.
