Whine and Dine

October 2

Sure, October means less sunlight, more rain, and a distressing retail onslaught of Christmas decorations—but it's also one of the best times of year for your taste buds. Treat yourself to elegant autumn flavours at Defiantly Different: Wildebeest x The Prisoner Wine Co., where Chef Ian McHale is whipping up a hearty five-course dinner including smoked magret duck, sweetcorn agnolotti, and Subtilia Ranch wagyu tartare. Each dish will be paired with one of The Prisoner Wine Co.'s red blends, so you can reminisce about summer days with a little colour in your cheeks.

When: Wednesday, October 2 6:00 p.m.
Where: Wildebeest
Cost: $145
