Dine-In and Takeout
The award-winning team at Boulevard always keep us intrigued with indulgent creations and perfected holiday classics. Their Christmas Dinner To-Go begins with their famous corn bread served alongside spiced butternut squash soup. For the main course: brined, sage roasted turkey breast and slow roasted turkey legs, madeira scented giblet gravy, traditional cranberry sauce, brioche, apples, chestnut and thyme stuffing, whipped Yukon gold potatoes, roasted brussels sprouts and honey glazed carrots. Make sure you save room for dessert because your meal is completed with Bûche de Noël, served in two flavours: rum chocolate and apple caramel (gluten-free). Yes, you get both.
Looking to leave the house on Christmas Day? Boulevard’s dine-in option is a decadent four-course meal. You’ll be able to choose from items like their classic BLVD chowder or celery and chestnut velouté to start. There are four items to choose from for the second course including black truffle foie gras terrine and seared Hokkaido scallops. Brant Lake wagyu shin bourguignon, slow roasted turkey with all the fixings and more are offered for the main. Dessert is a choice between three, but my vote is the caramel Bûche de Noël.
