This Easter Sunday, Bacchus Restaurant is offering an exclusive Table d’Hote Brunch Menu. You’ll begin your meal with a hot cross bun sharing basket and then can choose from a variety of starters, including an apricot and pistachio parfait, turkey mulligatawny soup, strawberry kale salad, smoked albacore tuna and baby potato salad or beef tartare crostini. As an entrée you have your choice of pulled pork on jalapeno cornbread, buttermilk fried Cornish game hen and liege waffles, pan roasted saddle of lamb, salmon crab cake benedict, pan seared Haida Gwaii halibut or cinnamon brioche French toast. Dessert (because breakfast dessert should always be a thing) is your choice of a ricotta honey tart, butternut squash pudding, a Wedgewood chocolate bar or a Canadian cheese selection.
Winston is featuring some special Easter items available over the long weekend. On offer will be shokupan ($6) which is a personal milk bun loaf, cream of Oreos and mythical pink doughnuts ($6 each), strawberry streusel pie, triangular lemonade pie and bacon mac and cheese pie ($6 each). During brunch they are also offering a special tostada which is topped with navy beans, spiced avocado, jalapeno relish, cave aged gruyere and two sunny eggs ($14). Also for brunch special is their cavatelli ($20) which is topped with either poblano pistou and crispy spiced sunflower or beef sugo sauce.

Carlino is offering an Easter brunch all weekend long along with a limited amount of their special brunch boards. The brunch board ($69) features carrot cake waffles, mixed seasonal fruits, avocado, San Daniele prosciutto, bacon, poached eggs, chocolate covered strawberries, crostini, rosemary potatoes and a mini yogurt parfait. Also included is your choice of coffee or tea and two glasses of prosecco or mimosas. You can also order the carrot cake waffles ($18) separately and they cope topped with whipped cream cheese and pecans. For the more lunch-inclined brunchers, a spring salad ($21) with strawberries, goat cheese, boiled eggs, dry cranberries and candied walnuts is also available.
Botanist is celebrating Easter with a special three-course brunch menu. Your meal begins with a glass of sparkling wine and a cocktail. Next, you can choose your starter from a selection of dishes like their smashed avocado sourdough toast, homemade burrata salad or cultivated mushrooms with hen egg and duck prosciutto. Your entrée is a choice of indulgent dishes like their oven-roasted prime rib with pomme puree and roasted root vegetables, lamb belly poutine with pave fries and egg yolk jam or crab and avocado benedict with hollandaise. Dessert is a choice between citrus olive oil cake, dark chocolate black currant fondant and mascarpone mousse.

The special dishes available include a hot cross chicken sando with salted egg queso, b&b pickles, yumyum sauce, a Fife ube bun and is served with your choice of shaker fries or a green salad. Also available is a Milo French toast which is made with HK egg-dipped milk bread and topped with salted coconut syrup, kuih kodok (banana fritter) and malted chocolate powder. Shrimp and grits are also on offer and are made with salted egg polenta, coconut milk country fried prawns and topped with chili tomato gravy and a poached egg. Their Hawker benny comes with a choice of coconut creamed kale, smoked salmon lab or bacon rendang. All benedicts are served on roti canai and come with turnip cake and potato hash. They will also be offering Bò Né “steak & eggs” which are served on a sizzling cast iron and made with a 6oz striploin, braised meatball, paté, two eggs and country bread. Boat noodles are also available for brunch and are made with a dark and spicy aromatic beef and pork broth, braised beef rib, beef ball, chopped beef, rice noodle, herbs and pork crackling. Mama Cheung’s laksa which is a very popular OG Potluck item will be available. It comes with mixed noodles, coconut lemongrass broth with prawns, fishcake, tofu puff, hardboiled egg and beansprouts.

ARC is offering a bottomless brunch this Easter. With options like their ooey gooey skillet (with apple, cinnamon, caramel and croissant), jerk fried chicken (with funnel cake and habanero maple syrup) and a Belgian dark chocolate fondue (served with banana bread, mini donuts, coconut macaroons, bananas, strawberries and pineapple), everyone will leave happy.
Boulevard is celebrating Easter with an extensive brunch menu. Your meal begins with your choice of an appetizer: clam chowder (with Manila clams, leeks and dill fennel pollen), baked oysters (with creamed spinach, garlic breadcrumbs and wild oregano), Brant Lake wagyu beef carpaccio or asparagus salad. For your entrée you get to choose between Dungeness crab eggs benedict, liege waggles, wild salmon rösti (the salmon has pastrami spice!), lamb merguez shakshuka, shrimp and lobster louie salad or hanger steak and eggs. For dessert you can choose between raspberry caramel (raspberry curd, milk chocolate mousse and crunch caramel) or a passionfruit tart.
There are options to additions from their famed raw bar, like a full seafood tower, oysters or even caviar service. Extra sides like breakfast potatoes and Two Rivers bacon are also available.
Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts
The Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts is helping to make your Easter one to remember with their Easter Dinner To-Go Packages. Start your meal off with a beet and arugula salad topped with whipped goat cheese, harissa and rose vinaigrette, orange and granola. For your main you will recipe a maple and pineapple glazed roasted ham. As your sides you will enjoy potato parmigiano pave, asparagus with brioche and lemon crunch and roasted carrots with caraway, butter and lemon. Desserts are an apricot-orange chocolate Sacher Torte and (yes, you get both!) a strawberry rhubarb cobbler with mascarpone Chantilly.
Hot cross buns are available ($15 for 6) as an add-on, as is a selection of wine.
Joseph Richard Group
Joseph Richard Group is pulling out all the stops with their Easter dinner offering. Choose from an oven roasted Fraser Valley turkey with pan gravy and cranberry relish or a carving ham with maple glaze and Dijon. Both come with bacon creamed corn, stuffing, dinner rolls and a citrus spring tart (with elderflower meringue, citrus chips and a shortbread crust). Plus you get your choice between rosemary olive oil baby potatoes or roasted garlic mash and either a spring veggie medley with a sundried tomato vinaigrette or chili soy green beans with garlic and crispy onion and your choice of red or white wine (or an alcohol-free strawberry lemonade drink kit).
Ask for Luigi
Ask for Luigi is offering special brunch and dinner dishes in honour of Easter. Their Easter brunch special is a seafood frittata ($25) with prawns, scallops, crab, mussels and clams. For their special à la carte dinner options, they have an insalata di fregola ($19) with English peas, fava beans, honey ricotta and ricotta salata. In addition they have their pasta fresca gigli ($34) with lamb ragu and smoked caciocavallo. For dessert, they are offering their tiramisu di Luigi ($11).
Pourhouse has special Easter dinner menu items available for the entire long weekend. This includes their meatballs ($22) which are a mix of beef and pork and served alongside mashed potatoes and huckleberry jam. For dessert they are offering a special Pourhouse Easter egg ($14) made with coconut cream custard, a peach jelly centre and a dark chocolate shell.
Whether you’re looking to celebrate with two or twelve, Edge Catering has you covered for brunch or dinner. First up is their traditional Easter ham dinner that comes with port infused mostarda, spring green salad with fruits and berries, celeriac potato pave, asparagus and heirloom rainbow carrots and your choice of either a strawberry galette with Chantilly cream or raspberry rhubarb upside down cake. If you’re feeling a little more adventurous you can swap the ham for a sous-vide grilled garlic and rosemary lamb shoulder with a fresh mint pesto. All of the other sides are the same. Lazy Gourmet is offering two different Easter dinner options for your at-home celebrations. Their first option is Easter dinner for six, which includes their rainbow spring salad, a mustard and brown sugar roasted ham, scalloped potatoes, honey roasted carrots, roasted Brussels sprouts and a honey lemon lavender cake for dessert. Their other option is their Easter set menu which includes seven dishes. The dishes included are their rainbow spring salad, herb drop biscuits, a choice between marinated lamb chops or their vegetarian tomato tart, duck fat roasted potatoes, honey roasted carrots, roasted Brussels sprouts and a slice of their honey lemon lavender cake. You can also add on a side order of fresh hot cross buns ($24).
Railtown Catering is offering an Easter dinner to-go so that all you have to do for prep is reheat and serve. Temper Chocolate & Pastry
The team at Temper Chocolate & Pastry has stunning Easter chocolate showcases available, like their chicken or carrot ($39) or a graffitied egg and egg carton ($35), all adorned with milk, dark and white solid chocolate eggs. The Bench Bakehouse is offering next level hot cross buns ($16 for four): I can confirm, these hot cross buns are out of this world delicious. They are made with a buttery spiced brioche and filled with raisins, house-made candied lemon and orange pieces.
