The first seating (5PM-7PM) is a three-course dinner featuring your choice of yellowtail crudo (with kaluga caviar), potato roesti (also with caviar as well as confit egg yolk), beet & burrata salad or black truffle foie gras terrine. The main is a choice between black truffle celery root risotto, dry aged Yarrow Meadows duck ‘en farci’ (with foie gras), BLVD lobster thermidor, beef rossini (with foie gras & black truffles), Brant Lake wagyu bourgingnon or confit Atlantic cod (with a bone marrow crust!). The second seating (7:30PM-9PM) is a four-course dinner featuring all of the same options as the first seating with an additional second course. The options for the second course include chicken and black truffle tortellini en brodo, Hokkaido scallops with gnocchi, ravioli al uovo (that’s a ravioli stuffed with a truffle infused egg yolk) or baked oysters BLVD.

The third and final seating will take you through to the new year (10PM-12AM). This selection of canapes features black truffle arancini, poached sunseeker oysters, lemongrass cream with Roger Ma reserve kaluga caviar, prawn cocktail and foie gras terrine ‘toast’.

Their dine-in option is a Chef’s tasting menu that is designed for sharing. The exact menu will be decided by the chefs on the day of, however it will feature a pair of snacks, two starters (including soup), a trio of main-course dishes and a pair of desserts. Black pepper crab is also available as a decadent add-on. 

Takeout is your choice between an omnivore, pescatarian or vegetarian dinner set.
