2. Make Spirits Bright (and Boozy) at A Christmas Cocktail Story

December 1-23

Who says Christmas can’t come early? Certainly not the folks at Dalina in Chinatown, who are turning every Wednesday to Saturday into a festive fête with A Christmas Cocktail Story. Picture this: retro holiday decorations that scream ’gram-worthy, mouth-watering fondue and holiday treats by Chef Karl Gregg of Rosie’s BBQ, and, of course, bespoke craft cocktails with a seasonal twist by the iconic Vancouver mixologist Scotty Marshall. Whether it’s for the ’gram or the glam, this pop-up promises a dash of nostalgia and a whole lot of holiday cheer. Just remember: Santa’s watching, so maybe stick to one cocktail… or not, we’re not judging!

When: December 1-23
Where: Dalina
Cost: $40 (includes a welcome drink, fondue, and a choice of cocktail)
