Spring has sprung! Metropolis at Metrotown’s Blossom event features a one-of-a-kind art installation of over 250,000 cherry blossoms. Check out the sakura spectacle and fold your own at the Cherry Blossom Origami Workshop this Wednesday, where you’ll create blossoms that won’t wilt in wacky weather.

The artists behind Sticky: A Post-It Note Art Show are proving that you don’t need a canvas to create awesome professional art. This gallery event will have hundreds of works of art created on 3×3 sticky notes. The event is free to attend, and all of the notes will be available for purchase at affordable prices (just make sure you don’t misplace your tiny masterpiece).

Learn the intricacies of improvised stage fighting at Falls, Slaps & Knaps, a stage combat workshop for improvisors. Kickass directors and fight choreographers Nathania Bernabe and Jackie T. Hanlin are coaching this introductory workshop, giving participants the tools they need to punch, kick and fall (safely!) and be more physical on stage.
