Polygon Gallery’s Deck Chair Cinema summer series is showcasing weekly al fresco film screenings on Lower Lonsdale’s waterfront deck. This week’s screening is of Persepolis, which is based on the true story of (and graphic novel by) Marjane Satrapi and her life as a rebellious, punk-loving teen in pre- and post-revolutionary Iran and then in Europe.
