On February 6th, 2015 Vancouver Magazine hosted one of the cities most exciting and exclusive culinary events, Big Night, welcoming over 500 food and wine enthusiasts, local celebrities and media for a glittering gala evening that truly lived up to its name. Each category-winning wine from Vancouver Magazine’s International Wine Competition was paired with a Restaurant Award winning chef, who created a one-of-a-kind dish just for the evening. Guests at the sell-out event rubbed shoulders with Vancouver’s celebrity chefs, wine experts, sommeliers, and media.
