What they do: Feed up to 9,000 people each week in 15 depots located in Burnaby, New Westminster, Vancouver and the North Shore
How to help: Whole wheat rice and pasta, as well as canned meat, fish, fruit, and vegetables are the most needed donations and can be dropped off at the main warehouse during their extended holiday hours.

What they do: Provide beds, meals, clothing, and other assistance to homeless, addicted, and mentally ill Canadians.
