Have you won a prize from Vancouver magazine? Here is all the information you will need to get your prize

2608 Granville Street, #560
Vancouver, BC
(East side of Granville between 10th and 11th Avenues)

WHAT DO I NEED TO PICK UP MY PRIZE?

Some form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license or birth certificate

CAN SOMEONE PICK UP THE PRIZE FOR ME?

Yes – However the prize winner must contact our office directly, 604-877-7732, in order to notify us of the name of the person that will be doing the pick-up. This includes pick-ups by couriers, family or friends

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY PRIZE?

You have within 90 days

Prizes that are not picked up after 90 days become property of the magazine

CAN I EXCHANGE MY PRIZE?

No – Prizes are designated for certain contests, and we do not have the prize inventory to exchanges the items won

(Prizes are not redeemable for cash)

In all matters relating to the awarding of prizes, the decision of TC Transcontinental Media representatives is final
