Because we all could use a drink right about now.
Here’s a gin-based cocktail that’s going to blow your after-work G&T out of the water. If now is not the time to level up your home bartending game, when is?
1½ oz Sheringham Seaside Gin ½ oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur ¾ oz sparkling elderflower juice ¼ oz maple syrup ¼ oz lemon juice ½ oz loganberry or strawberry purée
Combine ingredients over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Jason and Alayne MacIsaac of Sheringham Distillery won a Foodie of the Year award from our sister publication, Western Living, last year—you can read their profile here.
