Between Earnest Ice Cream, Mister, and Rooster’s Ice Cream (just to name a few), there’s no shortage of locations in Vancouver to get your fix. Well Vancouverites, scream a little louder, and prepare to welcome the newest competitor in Vancouver’s ice cream scene.Cacao 70, a Quebec-based chocolate experience company, is expanding their empire and introducing their brand new “Dippery” to Gastown. This new concept is one of the first in Canada and the first of three new locations that are set to open in Vancouver this year.To celebrate their grand opening, they will be offering ALL items for FREE (except for the waffle combo). The specialty of their Dippery will be soft serve ice cream, topped in their handmade chocolate with flavours like maple, earl grey and matcha chocolate. They also feature Belgian waffles, brewed and chilled drinks, and specialty chocolate from their Chocolate Factory in Montreal.
