Two great chefs cook off. One lucky winner flies off (to Maui)

It may have been pouring rain outside, but a few lucky souls were granted a reprieve at Vancouver magazine’s Maui pop-up party on December 7 at Yaletown’s Blue Water Cafe + Raw Bar. In addition to staying dry they also had a chance to sample some tropically-inspired creations by Blue Water Cafe Chef Frank Pabst and Francois Millet, executive chef at the Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas.
