A Fashion Photographer’s Take on the Selkirk Mountains

For the latest in its Fashion Eye series, Louis Vuitton shares Norwegian photographer Sølve Sundsbø’s photographs of B.C.’s wilderness.

Fashion photographer Sølve Sundsbø spent 13 seasons falling in love with B.C.’s Selkirk mountains, and his photo series capturing their raw wilderness makes for a compelling latest edition to Louis Vuitton’s Fashion Eye series. It’s the first time that Fashion Eye—which has featured photographers Helmut Newton, Peter Lindbergh and Saul Leiter sharing their take on Monte Carlo, Berlin and New York, respectively—has shone a spotlight on a Canadian destination, and Sundsbø was in Vancouver to celebrate its launch at the Burrard Street store for the brand.
