Reigning Champ Launches Women’s Collection

The Vancouver athleisure brand is now offering a selection of comfy-cool pieces specifically designed with ladies’ fits in mind.

Vancouver may get a bad rap for its enthusiasm for athleisurewear, but when we’re lounging over here in our super-soft or stretchy pants, it’s hard to feel anything but good about this fashion trend. Our take? The world is just jealous. And good news for anyone who agrees: cult fave Reigning Champ, the 10-year-old Vancouver-based company who mastered the fine art of the hoodie, just launched their very first women’s line of casual-cool staples.

The Women’s Core collection is available in cuts designed specifically for a female fit, and is made up of six cozy classic pieces—think hoodies, super-soft drapey tees and slim-cut sweats—that you can find at Reigning Champ flagship stores and online.

The Women’s Core collection uses the same concepts that built RC their fan club, pairing craftsmanship with premium fabrics (proprietary blends like Lightweight terry, Ringspun jersey and Pima cotton) to elevate the whole wearing-sweatpants-all-day experience into an art—and giving us an excellent excuse to ride this trend well into the next decade.
