Hot Ticket: An Amazing Five-Course Asian Heritage Wine Dinner in Vancouver

Celebrate Asian Heritage Month with a multi-course dinner and wine pairings on May 25.

It feels extremely appropriate to celebrate Asian Heritage Month with a five-course dinner: after all, food is one of the main love languages of Asian people. (Your dad says “I love you” by presenting you with a plate of cut fruit, doesn’t he?)

Vancouver’s Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts gets it: they’re hosting a five-course dinner, complete with wine pairings, to celebrate Asian Heritage month on May 25. Executive chef-in-residence Dez Lo dreamed up the menu (you might recognize her from Top Chef Canada), along with Blue Hat Bakery and Bistro’s new GM Anna Collard (who is also a sommelier—score).
