Wildlight set to host three family-style barbecue nights this summer.
Looking to satisfy your BBQ cravings this summer but don’t have a grill? Michelin recommended Wildlight Kitchen and Bar’s new themed grill nights might be just what you need to scratch that itch.
The West Coast cuisine restaurant is leaning into BBQ season by firing up the grill for their new summer BBQ Series. Sample different culinary themes while award-winning chef Warren Chow mans the grill for three Sunday nights this July and August.
Elevate your backyard grilling plans by dining out instead (skipping the whole scouring pad routine) and watch chef Chow grill your meal before eating family-style in the restaurant’s open-air atrium, overlooking the leləm̓ plaza.
The series kicks off with Brazilian night on July 14th at 5 p.m. Enjoy features like grilled bison picanha and linguiça sausage, Brazilian cheese bread, cassava fries, and a tres leches cake for dessert.
Then, get your fill of some classic Korean BBQ two weeks later on July 28th (also at 5 p.m.) with dishes like galbi short rib, pork jowl (dwaeji bulgogi), and pickled veggies.
For the series finale, chef Chow will serve up some smoked brisket, baby back ribs, jalapeno hush puppies, bacon bourbon baked beans, and peach cobbler for—you guessed it—southern BBQ night on August 11 at 5 p.m.
For $65 per person, a ticket will include the evening’s full menu and even a bonus welcome cocktail (which is always a plus). So, if you’re in the mood for a unique al fresco family-style BBQ night, call Wildlight ahead to reserve your tickets.
