Ingredients:
1 litre whole milk2 cups apple juice2 cups Farmhand Ale, Drfitwood Brewery2 cups diced black cod2 cups diced Yukon gold potatoes2 cloves garlic, minced1 cup diced white onions1 cup diced fennel1 cup corn kernals¼ cup flour
Method:Start by sautéing the onions and fennel in the butter. 5 minutes.Add the garlic. 1 minute.Add the flour, stir and incorporate.Add the apple juice and beer.Add the milk.Add the potatoes and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.Add the diced black cod. Cook for 5 minutes.
Garnish: Stir in –1 cup diced granny smith applesChopped chivesDehydrated apples-on the side
