The citrusy cocktail (from Uva Wine and Cocktail Bar‘s Sabrine Dhaliwal) was created specifically with the New Year in mind, combining Grand Marnier, Campari, and fresh OJ. ¾ oz Grand Marnier¾ oz Campari1 oz Fresh Orange juice¾ Fresh Lemon Juice¾ Simple Syrup (1:1 ratio)2 Dashes Bittered Sling Plum & Rootbeer BittersCombine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds.Double strain cocktail into a Collins glass with ice. Top with soda and garnish with orange twist.
