The annual outdoor food festival is back and the steaks have never been higher.
Be our guest, be our guest, put our service to the test on July 29th at Concord Pacific Place – 180 Pacific Boulevard where the highly-anticipated return of the fifth annual Brewery and the Beast will be gracing the city. Hosted by the Phillips Brewing Company, the meat-focused celebration brings together a diverse variety of fresh ingredients prepared by the finest chefs in Calgary, Vancouver, and Victoria with a wide selection of premium drinks to pair (including some of the best alcoholic and non-alcoholic brews in Western Canada). (Photo Credit: Inside Vancouver)The 19+ only culinary experience is meant to educate the community about purchasing locally-sourced foods and becoming a conscientious consumer but the part all meat lovers can look forward to is the unlimited smorgasbord of food and drinks during the event. With over 60 different Vancouver eateries such as Royal Dinette, PiDGiN Restaurant, Hawksworth Restaurant, Shangri-La Hotel Vancouver, and more participating in the event, attendees can expect to chow down on everything from the classic, traditional barbecues to more exotic Asian flavours — all while jamming out to awesome live music from Electric Timber Co. featuring special guests, and being surrounded by fellow foodies with a happy stomach. Trust us, not going to this event, would be a big missed steak.
