Nourish Kitchen

While celebrating with a night out on the town is of course an excellent way to ring in Lunar New Year, we’re pretty obsessed with Nourish Kitchen’s at-home feast. I tried it myself and though the meal kit I had was for two people, we had enough for four to enjoy an exceptional feast. With two steamer baskets, two chili oils from MAMA in the kitchen (one of our 25 Things to Eat in 2025), prosperity dumplings (ginger chive pork, shrimp and scallop or vegan) from Vancouver legend Dicky’s Dumps, your choice of protein (soy glazed chicken, braised pork belly, char siu pork or (vegan) braised tofu with lotus root and mushroom), bao buns (with herbs, peanut powder and pickled carrots), make-your-own spring roll kit (with longevity noodles) and either sesame Earl Grey nian gao or yin yang tang yuan medley. Pro-tip: my best bite of the night was overloading my bao with char siu and as many herbs as I could fit.

Price: $88 for two; $178 for four
