Mona Akhavi’s Vrai jewellers donated an $18,000 diamond tennis necklace to the raffle, which was won by Glow gala past chair Dr. Genieve Burley.
Leslie and Gordon Diamond were among the major donors that helped raise $2.67 million.
Celebrated Haida artists Dorothy Grant and Corey Bulpitt donated works to a live auction that contributed to the $100,000-plus raised for the Bill Reid Gallery.
Bill Reid’s wife, Martine Reid, and mentee Chief James Hart were among the capacity crowd that filled the Hornby Street gallery for the annual fundraising dinner.
