These Vancouver chefs are bringing the world to you.
The promise of new-normal events are back with Fairmont Pacific Rim’s exec Chef Damon Campbell and Botanist’s exec chef Hector Laguna hosting their second go at Travel with your Palate dinner series. They’ll be collaborating with 3 other awesome chefs to create a 6-course tasting menu, each dish from one of the featured chefs’ home kitchen (Published on Main, Boulevard, and L’Abattoir). The menu will be west coast-inspired, and complete with optional beverage pairings. The evening is also for a good cause, benefitting the Vancouver Food and Beverage Community Relief Fund – a COVID response fund dedicated to providing financial aid for those in the industry (last year’s event raised over $6,000 towards the fund). Social distancing measures and capacity guidelines will be in-place for the event.
When: April 13
Where: Fairmont Pacific Rim
Price: from $148/person
