Thai Basil Smash Makes one glass 5 to 6 Thai basil leaves 1½ oz gin of your choice 1 oz lime juice ¾ oz palm syrup or simple syrup Ice
METHOD 1. Muddle 3 to 4 Thai basil leaves in a shaker. 2. Add remaining ingredients to shaker and fill with ice. Shake for 10 seconds. 3. Strain into an ice-filled glass of your choice and serve.
