Needless to say...things got a little messy.
I think it’s safe to say I have a pretty sweet job. As the writer of VanMag’s monthly Taste Test column, I’ve been able to sample some of the city’s best food and drink—bao buns, kombucha, grilled cheese sandwiches, the list goes on and on.For our March issue, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Vancouver International Wine Festival’s Harry Hertscheg and CinCin’s Shane Taylor, along with one lucky VM social media follower, to sip the best of B.C.’s sparkling wine. And then I handed the results off to our art director (whose job is a little less delicious…and a lot more messy). Watch the video below for a behind-the-scenes look at how she and photographer Clinton Hussey were able to capture this explosive shot—and then click here to see which winemaker came out on top.https://youtu.be/7NaaiZxg1wE
