Not Just a Pretty Face

The ARC’s standout exterior design is matched inside with a timeless aesthetic, intelligent use of space and only the highest quality details.

Concord Pacific has set the bar high with their latest addition to the North False Creek neighbourhood. The ARC, a spectacular two-tower form connected on the 20th storey by a stunning glass floor swimming pool, has been garnering attention ever since the Vancouver-based developer first revealed their impressive plans. And as development progresses it has become clear that The ARC’s unparalleled luxury permeates each of the one-, two-and three-bedroom suites where wide suite configurations—the purposeful result of long building design—optimize views, light and overall liveability.“The overall essence is timelessness,” tells Concord Vice President, Sales, Grant Murray of The ARC’s interior aesthetic. With every intention of adding a new iconic feature to the Vancouver skyline, Concord Pacific has placed a premium on an interior design that will maintain relevance for decades to come.“We wanted to give each suite a penthouse vibe,” shares Murray. “The wall-oven is at eye level with the microwave below, the washer-dryer cleverly elongates the kitchen countertop and wood-like dividers keep drawers tidy—it just makes it all that much classier.”Buyers can choose between three flooring and cabinetry colour schemes: Sunrise Chiffon, Evening Silk and Moonlight Cashmere, with the additional upgrade option of engineered hardwood floors, however the main source of customizability is a unique expandable room where an al fresco door and flex wall transition private sleeping quarters into an expansive living area. “Downsizers love the efficiency and young couples like that they can still entertain,” says Murray. The glass divider that sections off either guest suite or master bedroom, depending on layout, opens by seven feet, behind which retractable beds framed by beautiful custom millwork become welcoming couches.  “The flex sliding wall is actually opaque,” explains Murray. “You can’t even see light on the other side; it’s very private.”Renowned Vancouver firm LIV Design worked closely with Concord Pacific to reflect total elegance throughout the intelligently designed suites. A marble tile backsplash in the kitchen, Carrera marble accents in the bathroom and elite fixtures by Grohe, Miele and Kohler prove that sophistication was never spared. “We have used nothing but the best.”Click the images below for an inside look at The ARC.
