GREY GOOSE® Vodka and Pallet Coffee Roasters are partnering up to celebrate rich and sultry Espresso Martini Cocktails – Presenting GREY GOOSE® Après Dark.
Where will you be Après Dark from March 30 to April 1? Pallet Coffee Roasters – Palate Kitchen will be transformed after-hours into a Parisian-inspired underground bar, where guests can embrace French music, cocktail culture and GREY GOOSE Vodka heritage.
“Top mixologists will showcase their skills alongside Pallet’s baristas, teaching guests how they can make the perfect GREY GOOSE espresso martini cocktail at home,” says Kate Watson, senior brand manager, GREY GOOSE Vodka Canada.
Combining GREY GOOSE Vodka’s French heritage and effortless style with Pallet Coffee Roasters’ focus on providing exceptional coffee experiences, makes for the perfect match—two premium brands with a focus on providing high quality and memorable experiences to their consumers.
Guests will be greeted at the front door and led to the bar, while a curated mix of French house, hip hop and electronic music play in the background. Take a moment to snap the perfect Instagram selfie, or head straight to the bar.
Learn from the barista about Pallet Coffee Rosters’ premium coffee, plus find out from the mixologist how the single origin winter wheat and spring water—both from France—and the single distillation process make GREY GOOSE Vodka the natural choice to pair with it.
“After receiving their cocktail, guests will be led to their table,” Watson says. “As they’re enjoying their Espresso martini cocktail, their host will then bring over a freshly baked dessert and speak to the natural ingredients that perfectly complement the flavours of the GREY GOOSE Vodka cocktail.”
Ready to add a touch of refinement and reverence to springtime evenings in Vancouver? If you start with the best vodka on the bar cart, the possibilities are endless. Check the GREY GOOSE website or try a walk-in at Palate Kitchen March 30-April 1, as limited spots may become available.
