Grocery-kitchen-and-café hybrid Dalina sets up shop in Chinatown.
Little Italy invades Chinatown! Situated on the corner of Main Street and East Georgia (steps away from Tosi and Pazzo Chow), Vancouver’s newest Italian delicatessen, Dalina, will open its doors this Saturday, December 3. In addition to their retail store, where you’ll find a hand-picked selection of groceries and local goods (think candles, greetings cards and coasters), Dalina is equipped with a kitchen and espresso bar, where you can eat in or take that Joe to go.We got a sneak peek of the 3,000-square-foot shop—plus a taste of the hand-crafted Italian dishes Dalina will be serving. Let’s just say we wish our office was a little closer to the new café, which is sure to be a hotspot for the local grab-and-go lunch crowd.
